As an L2 Application Support Senior Associate you will manage application support activities within our Cloud Operations practice, focusing on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service continuity for cloud-based systems. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and apply critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while developing your technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will support day-to-day application operations, interpret data to inform recommendations, respond to diverse stakeholder needs, and contribute to delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving client support environment.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring cloud-based applications and infrastructure to identify incidents, trends, and service impacts

- Troubleshooting application support issues across cloud operations platforms and escalating complex cases as needed

- Analyzing performance data from monitoring tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk to support issue resolution

- Coordinating incident response activities and tracking action items through restoration and follow-up

- Supporting cloud infrastructure optimization, performance tuning, and service availability improvements

- Documenting support procedures, recurring issues, and resolution steps for operational consistency

- Validating cloud compliance requirements and operational controls across managed services environments

- Communicating technical findings and service status updates to internal teams and client stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least 4 to 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
