What you can look forward to in this Role :

• •Produce prototypes in our coating’s lab
• •Establish and carry out new test methods
• •Conduct and report laboratory experiments
• •Bridge the gap from theory to praxis
• •Fail and attempt again
• •Contribute to a working environment of safety and continuous improvement

What does it take to become our new team member?

• •laboratory technician or equivalent studies related to Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• •​​Structured, can-do attitude and teamwork skills
• •Strong passion about sustainability and innovation
• •Hands-on approach for lab work and practical work
• •Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English
