- This role offers the opportunity to lead labor relations activities within a large, complex healthcare environment.
- You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues, leaders, managers, employees, and external labor partners on labor relations matters.
- A central focus will be managing collective bargaining negotiations and building constructive relationships with represented bargaining units.
- You’ll also oversee labor contract administration, interpretation, grievance processes, and related employee relations matters.
- The position requires strong knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to navigate sensitive, high-impact workplace situations.
- As an independent indirect leader, you’ll influence stakeholders across the organization through consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and sound judgment.
- This is a full-time, remote U.S. opportunity with a daytime schedule and a broad scope of organizational impact.
