NOW HIRING: SHOP & FIELD LABORER

Location: Berryville, Arkansas Steel Shop and field work in both Arkansas and Missouri.

COST of Wisconsin is looking for a hands-on, hardworking individual to join our Berryville steel shop team! This position offers a mix of metal fabrication, welding, and general construction work, with occasional travel to project sites throughout Arkansas and Missouri.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with metal fabrication, welding, and custom steel projects.

Operate shop equipment, hand tools, forklifts, and other machinery.

Support general construction activities, including concrete work, forming, and layout.

Read basic blueprints and follow project specifications.

Help prepare, move, and load materials while maintaining a safe work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of construction or labor-intensive experience (combinations of education and experience considered).

OSHA-10 certification required prior to hire.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions.

Welding, concrete, fabrication, or equipment operation experience is a plus!

POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Location: Berryville, AR Steel Shop and jobsites in both AR and MO

Overtime and occasional regional travel may be required.

Forklift certification provided!

Preferred (not required): experience with welding, concrete, fiberglass, or artistic construction; forklift or light equipment operation.
