Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
• •Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.
• •Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.
• •Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• •Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• •Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.
• •Support training and development by learning new skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• •Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required
• •Willingness to learn and follow direction
• •Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn)
• •Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• •Experience with Aspire Software is a plus
• •Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred
• •Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• •Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• •Reliable transportation to and from the office
• •Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting
• •Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions
• •Excellent hand-eye coordination
