Landscape Superintendent

Rally Construction Group is hiring a Superintendent to oversee residential landscaping operations. This leader will coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, ensure installation quality, and support the successful completion of community landscaping projects

What You’ll Do

• •Supervise landscaping installation crews
• •Coordinate project schedules across multiple communities
• •Conduct quality inspections
• •Manage labor, equipment, and materials
• •Work with builders to meet turnover deadlines
• •Ensure safety compliance
• •Develop field leadership
• •Resolve jobsite challenges

What You Need

• •3+ years of landscaping construction experience
• •Previous superintendent or crew management experience
• •Knowledge of residential landscape installation
• •Strong organizational and leadership skills
• •Ability to manage multiple projects
• •Ability to read landscape plans and layout for the crew
• •Strong organizational and leadership skills
• •Valid driver's license
