About the role: As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces by performing mowing tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that lawns and other outdoor areas are well-groomed and visually appealing. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

• •Adheres to all safety precautions.
• •Follows written and verbal instructions from the Landscaping leader and clients.
• •Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• •Safely operate and maintain mowing equipment and report any issues promptly.
• •Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• •Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.

Requirements:

• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• •Familiarity with safety protocols.
• •Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
• •Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• •Experience operating zero turns and other mowing equipment.
• •Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• •Lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing.
• •Works well independently and with a team.

Experience: Experience in ground maintenance preferred.

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
