POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

Plans, organizes and carries out sales efforts.

Nature and Scope

These sales efforts including prospecting, identifying and generating new business as well as the maintenance of existing accounts. This position also is accountable for identifying, evaluating, and developing new applications and technology employing industrial gases and related equipment under the direction of the management. This position is accountable for commercializing new and existing applications in China. This position is responsible for using engineering principles to develop processes, test products, engineer equipment, and perform other technical function. The position is also accountable for carrying out customer contract, dealing with complain from customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Signing new business in its responsible area, achieving the New signing KPI including signing numbers and volume of monthly and yearly; Maintain existing business to improve the customer satisfaction, build more better relationship and getting more recommendation from the existing customer people; Keep above 98% customer retention; Working closely with other business supporting team including CT, Marketing, and others to improve Air Products LB business development, Strengthen our marketing share and position in each industry Segment; Responsible for DSO for all the customer, achieving the DSO monthly KPI, control the customer risk make sure the customer payment is healthy; Working with CE, DT and CSR to improve the operation efficiency, reduce our delivery cost and so on. Responsible for ME for all the business, achieve ME KPI target by yearly including MTOP, CTS charge, Engineering charge, Equipment selling, additional Service charge… Responsible for contract management, execute the contract pricing formula, MTOP, renew contract and including all the requirement of the contract; Driving the LB Price strategy of NWAP, Achieve the Price increment KPI target, Achieve field sales other KPI target.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Integrity, Deliver safety, Believe yourself, Working on the pressure; Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent field. Experience: 5+ years experience Language: Good communication skills & Working English
