This role creates value by delivering safe, code-compliant, high-quality work, keeping jobs moving on schedule, leading helpers and apprentices effectively, communicating job status clearly, and minimizing callbacks and rework.
  • The Lead Electrician is the field owner of execution on assigned jobs. That includes planning day-to-day work, identifying material and labor needs, checking quality before leaving the site, maintaining safety standards, and making sure the office and leadership team have the information needed to manage the business well.
