Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generator , you will play a key role in supporting a leading healthcare brand by:

• •Identifying and qualifying opportunities within a designated customer portfolio
• •Generating high-quality leads for field-based medical representatives
• •Engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and interests
• •Scheduling appointments and facilitating valuable customer interactions
• •Building and maintaining professional relationships
• •Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets
• •Accurately recording customer interactions and activity within internal systems
• •Delivering a high-quality customer experience with every interaction
• •Developing a strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry
