Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team at the GE Vernova production site in Sesto San Giovanni. In this pivotal role, you will act as a catalyst for operational excellence and digital transformation, bridging the gap between advanced technological innovation and shop-floor performance. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and spearhead initiatives that integrate Lean methodologies with cutting-edge technologies, driving improvements in cycle times, production data management, and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• •Team Leadership & Project Management: Provide operational leadership to the AI Project Manager and AI Architect, ensuring full alignment between technological roadmaps and factory requirements. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• •Lean Transformation & Optimization: Deploy continuous improvement strategies (Lean Manufacturing) aimed at optimizing cycle times and eliminating waste across the production value stream.
• •MES Oversight: Supervise the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring data integrity and leveraging real-time analytics to drive performance improvements and production visibility.
• •BOM Governance: Take full responsibility for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of productive Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring technical precision and seamless integration with production processes.
• •Kaizen Facilitator: Organize and facilitate Kaizen workshops, serving as a coach and mentor to operational teams to foster a culture of structured problem-solving, active participation, and sustainable change.

Qualifications:

• •Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• •Experience: Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing environments (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable).
• •Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within a digitalized industrial setting.
• •Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of MES systems, ERP architecture (specifically SAP), and BOM management processes.
• •Leadership Skills: Excellent facilitation skills, change management capabilities, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams (AI/Data) and shop-floor operations.
• •Language: Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 50,400.00 e € 75,600.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato .

The pay range for this position : Between € 50,400.00 and € 75,600.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 10% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Chimico Farmaceutico

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Chimico Farmaceutico NCBA salary scale, which defines employment levels and minimum salary levels.

• Pensione Integrativa (FONCHIM) : Tutti i livelli sono eligibili
• Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2,1%. Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

• Pension Fund ( Fonchim ): All levels are eligible
• Employer Contribution: 2.1%. Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

Assistenza Sanitaria (Faschim): Assistenza sanitaria prevista da CCNL. Il dipendente ha la possibilità di rinunciare alla copertura di base optando per l’assistenza sanitaria integrativa offerta da Generali.

Medical Benefits (Faschim): Healthcare coverage provided under the NCBA. The employee can choose to be canceled from this basic coverage and be enrolled in the supplementary healthcare coverage offered by Generali.
