Lead Product Engineer

• You will design, build, test, and refine production software with a strong focus on reliability, performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Working closely with product teams, platform engineers, mission engineers, and system architects, you will turn user needs into effective technical solutions.
• The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical judgment, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement.
• You will help teams move quickly from prototypes to scalable production capabilities while balancing user experience with engineering constraints.
