This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead SDET based in India.

  • This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for quality governance across frontend, middleware, and backend layers of a complex onboarding platform.
  • You will shape test architecture, API contract testing, data modelling, and quality standards across a multi-layered technical environment.
  • The role focuses on independently validating quality at every system layer rather than relying on assumptions made upstream.
  • You will establish delivery standards, evidence requirements, quality gates, and traceability practices that support reliable technical outcomes.
  • Working closely with QA Analysts, SDETs, and Test Operations teams, you will coordinate execution, resolve dependencies, and address cross-layer discrepancies.
  • Your work will help transform detailed technical evidence into clear, traceable findings and stakeholder-ready deliverables.
  • This opportunity is well suited to an experienced QA leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong governance, communication, and mentoring skills.
