Lead Specialist- Internal Adjustments

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm ET

Location: Qualified candidates must be able to report to the office in Albany, NY or Brooklyn, OH, or Amherst, NY.

• •Albany- minimally 4 days a week in office
• •Brooklyn and Amherst- minimally 2 days a week in office
• •Training will be located fully onsite

Job Description:

As part of the Client Servicing vertical of Onboarding & Servicing Technology and Operations, Lead Specialists on this team specialize in research and adjustments and account analysis to support our clients across the team’s broad areas of responsibility.

As such, the chosen candidate can expect to be required to perform tasks such as (but not limited to):

• •Perform basic to complex research using various bank systems
• •Provide deposit, check, statement and report copies
• •Research and resolution of both monetary and non-monetary differences which occur during check, credit card processing or corporate client billing
• •Performing routine research and process transactions as requested by clients utilizing specific Enterprise Commercial Payments product
• •Complete data entry into various bank systems
• •Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients through the KeyValues concepts
• •Recommends and implements programs to solve routine issues, improve process efficiency, quality and client experience
• •Identifies and resolves moderate issues by following established guidelines. Refers more complex problems to senior level or manager
• •Typically covers a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role
• •Actively participates in self-development to support the team but also one’s own future advancement
• •Proven ability to handle customer service inquiries and diffuse difficult customer situations independently

Required and/or Preferred Qualifications

• •High School Diploma of GED is required; College degree is preferred
• •Minimum 1 year of bank operations experience is preferred
• •Basic to intermediate PC and MS Office skills
• •Proven problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• •Ability to work independently or as part of the larger fast-paced and ever-changing team; all while maintaining precise attention to detail
• •Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanor
• •Demonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
