• This role leads the operational strategy for emerging and non-programmatic channels within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.
• You will design and scale operating models that improve quality, efficiency, and go-to-market execution across new channels.
• A major focus will be leveraging AI, automation, and innovative workflows to eliminate repetitive work and increase team productivity.
• You will also shape documentation and knowledge-management practices, ensuring critical content remains accurate, accessible, and useful to both people and AI systems.
• The position combines strategic program leadership, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional influence, and hands-on operational innovation.
• You will work closely with inventory, product, technical, and commercial stakeholders while measuring the tangible impact of new initiatives.
