Lead Systems Analyst

• This role provides senior technical leadership for complex voice communications and telecommunications systems.
• You will guide software development personnel while overseeing technical design, implementation, validation, deployment, and ongoing system performance.
• The position combines systems analysis, telecommunications engineering, network operations, troubleshooting, security, and customer support.
• You will work closely with project and program managers, architects, engineering and operations teams, service management, customers, and senior leadership.
• A key focus is ensuring voice and network technologies remain secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with user and business needs.
• You will also identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, communicate deployment risks, and support the adoption of emerging telecommunications technologies.
• This is a highly field-oriented opportunity requiring significant travel and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
