The Role

Partner with Advanced Manufacturing leaders, subject-matter experts, People partners, and employees to diagnose performance and capability needs; distinguish learning needs from process, role, tooling, or organizational issues; and recommend practical interventions.

Design role-based learning architectures, curricula, pathways, and qualification plans that connect job competencies, prerequisite knowledge, on-the-job practice, assessments, and reinforcement to measurable business outcomes.

Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex technical and professional learning using adult-learning principles and appropriate methodologies; create design documents, storyboards, facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and digital learning experiences.

Convert complex manufacturing concepts and procedures into accurate, accessible learning experiences in close partnership with technical experts while maintaining alignment with quality, safety, and document-control requirements.

Establish measurement plans and success criteria for assigned initiatives. Analyze LMS and related workforce data sets to identify participation, completion, proficiency, time-to-competency, recertification, and adoption trends; communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports or dashboards.

Maintain data quality for assigned LMS programs, including learning objects, curricula, audiences, assignments, completion rules, equivalencies, assessment data, and reporting logic; investigate discrepancies and coordinate sustainable corrections.

Lead small projects and pilots from discovery through launch and evaluation, managing scope, milestones, risks, stakeholder decisions, communications, and continuous-improvement actions.

Facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, working meetings, and learning experiences for employees and leaders; coach subject-matter experts on effective instructional practices.

Develop and refine reusable standards, templates, playbooks, and operating procedures that improve the quality, consistency, accessibility, and scalability of learning solutions.

Evaluate learning technologies, content, and vendor solutions; make recommendations based on user needs, technical fit, data requirements, maintainability, and value.

Manage multiple concurrent assignments independently, exercise judgment in selecting methods and priorities, and escalate material risks or decisions at the appropriate time.

Perform other related duties and support priority organizational development initiatives as assigned.
