Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
• •Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
• •Strong resident relations and collections experience
• •Excellent organizational and communication skills
• •Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
• •Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• •Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
