Heritage Hill Property Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you’re great with people, enjoy sales and customer service, and want a role with room to grow, this could be a great next step.

No property management experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for someone who can connect with prospective residents, deliver a great customer experience, and help turn interest into signed leases.

Why This Role Matters

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help drive the success of the community by:

• •Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home
• •Conducting property tours and following up with prospects
• •Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• •Building positive relationships with current residents
• •Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly
• •Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required
• •Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred
• •High school diploma or GED
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale
• •Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check
• •Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM)
