Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen nach vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Mengenstandards
  • Bereitstellung und Zuführung der benötigten Rohstoffe für den Produktionsprozess
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Meldung und Weiterleitung von Sicherheits- oder Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Reinigung und Pflege von Maschinen, Anlagen und Arbeitsbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsabläufen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Produktionsumfeld oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Fertigung, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel-, Chemie- oder Prozessindustrie
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
