Duties and Responsibilities

A ssisting in the management of an attorney’s caseload

I ncluding but not limited to calendaring state, federal, appellate, arbitration, internal deadlines , and hearings

P reparing basic legal forms and documents for attorney review

Initiating cases and assisting the handling attorney through settlement procedures.

F iling in state, federal, and appellate courts, and corresponding with clients, class members, and court personnel

There is ample opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities for candidates who demonstrate they are eager and capable
