About the Role
Join an early-stage legal technology team as the bridge between legal needs, customers, and product development. You will help turn legal work into polished, reliable AI-powered workflows and support clients from onboarding through ongoing use.
What You'll Do
Map customer commercial needs into tailored legal workflows and lead platform onboarding.
Review and validate AI-flagged legal issues across client documents and filings.

Improve prompts, modules, and automated workflows to make the platform more reliable.
Build and refine legal workflows using AI tools, MCP servers, and command-line tools.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of combined experience in legal practice, legal technology, law firm innovation, or an in-house legal function. Relevant experience typically ranges from 2 to 8 years.
A legal background, such as a JD, 1 to 2 years of legal practice, or experience at a legal technology company.
Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including AI coding assistants, MCP servers, command-line tools, or code-generation workflows. A computer science degree is not required.
Experience translating legal needs into automated workflows, prompts, or product requirements, and the ability to spot contract issues and assess AI-generated legal work.
A resourceful, fast-moving approach, ideally with experience in an early-stage startup or software customer onboarding and implementation.
