DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The new Legal Intern will support the Legal team by providing legal assistance to the Southern Region , mainly covering Spain, Portugal and Israel .

Key responsibilities:

• •Review, draft and support the preparation of commercial contracts, NDAs and related legal documentation.
• •Assist in contract management processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, data privacy).
• •Provide day‑to‑day legal support to the business teams in the Southern Region under supervision of the Legal Counsel Group.
• •Support internal legal processes and documentation.
• •Contribute to legal projects and ongoing initiatives led by the Group Legal team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

• •Previous internship or academic experience in commercial law, contract law, or corporate law
• •Exposure to drafting and reviewing legal documents , such as contracts, NDAs, or agreements (even at academic level)
• •Initial experience or strong familiarity with contract management processes and legal documentation workflows
• •Familiarity with legal research and analysis to support business-related legal questions
• •Participation in legal projects, clinics, or case studies during studies or prior internships

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

This is an internship role requiring a University or Master’s agreement. Candidates must have completed their studies and be eligible to sign such an agreement.
