Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dienstverträgen
  • Unterstützung bei Ein- und Austritten sowie bei Mitarbeiterübernahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Talent Acquisition im Recruiting-Prozess und Unterstützung von Learning & Development bei Onboarding-Themen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personaldaten in SAP und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich

Qualifikationen, die Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürokauffrau, HAK)
  • Auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Erfahrung im Personalwesen von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (zur Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gleitzeit, Vollzeit
