  • Wir suchen ab 01.11.2026 einen Schulungsstättenleiter für Zittau und Löbau.
  • Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:
  • Organisation der Maßnahmeabläufe in den beiden Schulungsstätten
  • Akquisition von Teilnehmern und Beratung von Interessenten über geplante Bildungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der konzeptionelle Entwicklung, Kalkulation und Antragstellung von verschiedensten Projekten
  • Kontaktpflege mit öffentlichen Institutionen (Auftraggeber und Kunden) sowie privaten Unter4nhemen im Einzugsbereich der Schulungsstätten
  • fachliche Anleitung, Unterstützung und Kontrolle der in den Projekten eingesetzten Mitarbeiter
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalakquisition für geplante und laufende Projekte

Wir erwarten:

  • einen Hochschulabschluss im sozialem, pädagogischem bzw. Ausbildungsbereich
  • Erfahrungen im konzeptionellem Bereich, in der Projektbeantragung und in der Personalakquisition und -führung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im EDV-Bereich (Office-Anwendungen)
  • grundlegende Kenntnisse im SGB-II und SGB-III-Bereich
  • wünschenswert wären grundlegende Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und im betriebswirtschaftlichem Bereich
