Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den operativen Ablauf des Bistrobetriebs
  • Sicherstellung eines freundlichen und professionellen Gästeservices
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Serviceteams
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Warenbestellungen, Lagerhaltung und Inventuren
  • Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards gemäß HACCP
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Kosten und betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
