Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Röthenbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Leitung unserer Konfektionsabteilung m/w/d Vollzeit

Haro medical care ist Spezialist und Großhändler für medizinische Alltagshelfer-Produkte von Pflaster über Wärme-/Kältekompressen bis zum Fieberthermometer - europaweit.

Wir sind ein modernes und mittelständisches Unternehmen im Herzen des wunderschönen Allgäu.

Die Position:

Unser 4-köpfiges Team in der Konfektionierung sucht eine Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d), die verantwortungsbewusst und mit gut organisierter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise für einen reibungslosen termingerechten Ablauf sorgt und die Koordination der Aufträge steuert.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Personaleinteilung
  • Koordination der Aufträge an der Schnittstelle zu Lager und Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung des Materialflusses und der Materialbereithaltung
  • Koordinierung von Sonderaufgaben z.B. im Bereich Etikettierung
  • Sicherstellung des termingerechten Warenausgangs und der korrekten Auftragsabarbeitung
  • Mitarbeit in der Konfektionierung

Anforderungen und Profil:

  • idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse in der Konfektionierung, aber kein Muss
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung und der Arbeit im Team sowie Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kollegialität und Führungsfähigkeit
  • gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Umgang mit Scanner (Packlisten, Aufträge - leicht zu erlernen)

Eine Vorerfahrung im Bereich Konfektionierung oder Kommissionierung bzw. in Teamführung erleichtert Ihnen den Einstieg, ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
