Leitung Instandhaltung (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Umsetzungssteuerung der Instandsetzung sowie der laufenden Wartung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Gebäuden
  • Führung von Personal und Erstellung des Personalbedarfsplanes
  • Mitwirkung bei der Fabrikplanung
  • Einführung neuer Methoden zur Planung, Durchführung, Kontrolle und Budgetierung der Instandhaltung
  • Erstellung des Personalbedarfsplanes und Abstimmung mit den vorgesetzten Stellen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Umweltschutzbestimmungen und anderer gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Regelungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau/ Elektrotechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektro-Mechanik, Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Gutes Praxiswissen im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und mit Eplan
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
