  • GOLDMANN Personaldienste fokussiert sich auf den nationalen sowie internationalen Arbeitsmarkt und bringt BewerberInnen und Unternehmen zusammen. Für einen Lebensmittel Markt am Standort Zirndorf suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit, langfristig und mit der Option auf Übernahme ein Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) als Leitung für die Metzgertheke.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams an der Metzgerheke
  • Bestandskontrolle, Bestellungen und Warenpräsentation
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter / Auszubildende
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Hygienevorschriften
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Ausbildung als Metzgereifachverkäufer, Koch, Systemgastronom, Restaurantfachmann, alle (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position
  • Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, ein motiviertes Team zu leiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Leidenschaft für Bio-Produkte und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Wochenenden
