We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) and a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our morning team (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center. Duties

• •Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care.
• •Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.
• •Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• •Perform routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections) and update charts.
• •Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Qualifications

• •Active RN/LPN License (required)
• •Prior experience preferred.
