Position Details

• •Locations/Required Travel: Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls
• •Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift
• •Experience: No Dialysis experience is required! We provide comprehensive, paid training.

Requirements

• •Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
• •Current CPR certification.
• •IV certification (if required by state regulations).
• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body (as required by CMS guidelines) prior to operating the water treatment system.
• •BONENT or CHT certification preferred (or as required by state regulation).
• •Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• •Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (functional proficiency in DaVita's computer systems required within 90 days of hire).
• •Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test (accommodations may be provided).
• •Note: Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
