What You'll Do as LPN:

• •Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans
• •Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
• •Supervise and direct other care staff
• •Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates
• •Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• •Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
• •Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes
• •Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• •Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards
• •Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs

What We're Looking For:

• •Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
• •1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• •Current CPR certification
• •Proficiency with basic computer skills
