Responsibilities:

Assist guests in loading and unloading from the lift
Ensure the safety of guests at all times
Conducts open and close inspections of the lift
Performs regular track maintenance
Checks tickets and season passes for validity
Checks for appropriate ski & snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps & baskets on poles)
Maintain loading area of the lifts
Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
Must be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times
Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

16 years of age or older
Must have a heightened sense of safety and ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
Must enjoy working outdoors
Must have appropriate clothing for working in all weather conditions
Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
