Who This Role Is For
You're a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina who's already accruing post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure and wants a part-time remote caseload that matters. You want free supervision, a schedule that fits your life, and none of the administrative burden that slows most early-career clinicians down. Daybreak was built for exactly this stage of your career.
What Makes This Different
Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered
Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
$35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy
Part-time W2 position — real employment benefits, not contractor instability
Fully remote — work from anywhere in North Carolina
Mon–Fri 3–8 PM schedule — predictable, school-aligned hours
No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician
The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.

Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
