What You'll Do
As a Liquidity Management Senior Analyst, you will:
- Act as a key liaison between Treasury and Back Office teams, providing timely liquidity information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess whether the bank maintains sufficient liquidity to meet all payment obligations, including during stressed market conditions.
- Monitor market developments and identify potential impacts on treasury cash and liquidity management activities.
- Track and analyze both internal (ledger) and external (actual) balances at currency and account levels.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows, securities settlements, and high-value critical payments.
- Help ensure the successful execution of time-sensitive and business-critical transactions.
- Investigate and evaluate recurring overdrafts and recommend preventive measures.
- Contribute to maintaining the bank's liquidity position through effective monitoring, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial markets, treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash management.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including:
- Money Market Instruments
- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Bonds and Fixed Income Products
- Knowledge of SWIFT is required.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to understand both the broader financial picture and underlying transaction details.
