Ready to build relationships, make an impact, and grow your career? Ripco Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member focused Loan Officer to join our collaborative lending team. This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping members achieve their financial goals while working in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Position Summary

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by guiding members through the lending process. You will leverage your expertise to analyze, process, and make sound lending decisions while building strong, long-lasting member relationships.

What You’ll Do

Partner with members to evaluate and process consumer loan applications
Analyze financial information to make informed lending decisions
Deliver exceptional member service throughout the loan process
Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services
Maintain strong relationships while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in the financial industry a plus
