To perform various tasks in the Logistics dept as described in the job description.

• •Control Trip Director and ensure compliance with incoming vehicles
• •Book vehicles with Trans Nova for the following days loading
• •Monitor and control all Logistics Forklifts Services and Maintenance.
• •Ensure all Logistics Forklift Drivers licences are current and training is up to date
• •Process all month end stock counts into Oracle
• •Capture and invoice shuttle truck orders into Oracle
• •Flag POD’s back into Oracle with Jungle loads ex Maitland
• •Internal Requisitions – generate into Oracle system, print picking slip and thereafter print delivery note
• •Receipt RMA’s into Oracle
• •Capture daily transporter loads onto excel spreadsheet
• •GRV logistic invoices into Oracle once PO has been raised, job completed and authorized by Logistics Manager
• •Process all free stock and donation orders for Jungle Oats
• •Capturing and invoicing of by-products received from the factory
• •Submit invoices to shared services for processing and payment
