Logistics Coordinator

• •Support foodpanda Myanmar management in developing and implementing the local logistics strategy.
• •Execute logistics projects in collaboration with both local and global teams to achieve optimal results.
• •Take ownership of performance improvement initiatives to strengthen fleet operations and rider relationships, including process innovations to enhance rider and delivery experiences.
• •Lead and supervise support agents in resolving rider issues through the rider ticketing system.
• •Assist in standardizing and improving the logistic process for fleet management.
• •Support initiatives to improve delivery performance through fleet data analysis.
• •Maintain a hands-on approach with strong attention to detail to effectively understand and resolve daily operational and logistics issues.

• •Must hold a degree or diploma in any field.
• •Experience in social networking and logistics.
• •Responsible for data collection and reporting
• •Able to support and manage engagement campaigns and activities (offline and online)
• •Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• •Independent, proactive, highly motivated, and a fast learner.
• •Positive attitude with good communication skills and a strong can-do mindset
