Role Summary

The Logistics Executive – Dispatch & Transportation will be responsible for planning and coordinating dispatches, managing transportation, ensuring timely order deliveries, maintaining logistics documentation, and coordinating with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and transportation.

Arrange vehicles and monitor on-time deliveries.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and transporters for smooth order execution.

Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

Maintain dispatch records, PODs, and logistics MIS.

Support inventory reconciliation and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.

Preferred Profile

3+ years of logistics experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or supply chain environment.

Experience in dispatch planning, transporter coordination, and inventory management is preferred.
