Job Overview: -

As a Q-Com Logistics Executive, you will serve as the backbone of store-level Q-commerce order execution. You will coordinate closely with Store Omni Champions and courier partners to ensure timely handovers and seamless deliveries within defined timelines.

You will monitor Q-commerce logistics operations across multiple stores and cities, proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth last-mile execution. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction through real-time monitoring, strong cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities: -

• •Monitor and manage daily Q-Com order flow across multiple stores.
• •Supervise store-level handovers, ensuring order readiness and operational compliance.
• •Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups, in-transit updates, and on-time deliveries.
• •Track, investigate, and resolve delivery exceptions, escalations, and customer-impacting issues.
• •Maintain real-time visibility of orders through the Control Tower dashboard.
• •Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, and Customer Support teams) to address system or process gaps.
• •Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and continuously work toward improving last-mile performance.

• •Strong communication and coordination skills.
• •Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard monitoring tools.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •HSC/Graduate in any discipline (preferably Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
• •1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, logistics, or control tower roles.
• •Experience coordinating with courier partners and handling escalations.
