Funciones:

  • Archivo y registro de pedimentos y cuentas de gastos
  • Control de archivo físico de pedimentos así como la administración de los mismos
  • Entrega al área de finanzas las cuentas de gastos para pago a agentes aduanales.
  • Participa en la Mejora Continua de la Cadena de Suministro.
  • Programación de prontos pagos.
  • Constante comunicación entre proveedores y finanzas.
  • Aseguramiento de entrega de Manifestación de Valor a Dirección para firma, así como resguardo de dichos documentos.
  • Apoyo en operaciones de importación/exportación de refacciones, herramientas y otros insumos.
  • Cumplimiento de expediente legal de comercio exterior.
