Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung logistischer Vorgänge und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du prüfst und pflegst relevante Daten sowie Dokumente und arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen.
  • Du wirkst bei der Kontrolle von Abläufen mit und trägst zur Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben bei.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer berufsqualifizierender Abschluss
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Logistik- oder Verwaltungsumfeld mit
