  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen / Entgeltabrechnungen für deine Mandanten
  • Eigenständige Betreuung deiner Mandanten bei Fragen rund um Lohn, Gehalt und Payroll
  • Bearbeitung von lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Durchführung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger und Finanzbehörden
  • Bearbeitung des Melde-, Antrags- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch innerhalb deines Payroll-Teams
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Entgeltabrechnung, Payroll oder vorbereitenden Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte, Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit einer gängigen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssoftware
  • IT-Affinität und Offenheit für digitale Prozesse und neue Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der persönlichen Mandantenbetreuung sowie an Teamarbeit
