• THE JOB:
• As a Lounge Server for Bardot Brasserie at Aria , you will set the stage for a premier evening by welcoming guests into our chic, Parisian-inspired lounge, where you will expedite exquisite drink orders and provide seamless beverage and bus service. By understanding our guests' unique stories, you will deliver a touch of classic French sophistication with a modern, upscale flair, owning their experience to create vibrant, memorable moments while working hand-in-hand with your team to maintain Aria's world-class hospitality and service standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8469 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• •Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• •Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
• •Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• •Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
• •Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
• •Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• •Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• •Must be 21 years of age or older
• •Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• •6+ months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail and/or Food Server in a similar environment preferred
