Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Luftverkehrsassistent/in in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Flughafen Frankfurt am Main.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Flugbuchungen und Ticketausstellung
  • Bearbeitung von Gruppenbuchungen
  • Mitarbeit im E-Commerce-Bereich
  • Betreuung von Endkunden sowie Support beim Vielfliegerprogramm
  • Betreuung von Vertriebspartnern, Besuche bei Kunden und Agenturen
  • Mitwirkung bei Marketingaktionen und Messen
  • Erstellung von Statistiken, Textdokumenten und Präsentationen
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen bzw. touristischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales und Marketing in der Luftfahrt- oder Tourismusbranche wünschenswert
  • Ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Stressresistenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch-, Deutsch- und Chinesischkenntnisse
  • Vertrautheit mit gängiger Benn-Software. (insb. MS Office), ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten hinsichtlich Analyse, Verarbeitung und Auswetung von Daten.
