OTC Flow is looking for a dedicated and responsible Lunch & Kitchen Assistant to join our office. This part-time position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen and lunch environment. You'll help ensure our colleagues enjoy a well-organized and welcoming lunch experience every day. Responsibilities

Assist our Office & Hospitality team in meal preparation, including the setup of food service areas and serving stations.

Serve meals to employees, ensuring portion control and adherence to dietary guidelines.

Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.

Receive and store orders for food, beverages, and other supplies.

Restock food, beverages, and condiments as needed.

Collaborate to ensure a smooth lunchtime operation.

Assist with setting up and clearing the lunch service.

Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times.

Support the Office Manager with general kitchen duties as needed.

Note: Duties may vary based on the specific needs and operations of the kitchen.

About you

Previous experience in food service, kitchen, or cleaning roles is an advantage.

Good communication skills in English and a customer-service-oriented approach.

Reliable, responsible, and proactive, with a positive attitude.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.

Enjoys preparing food and creating a pleasant lunch experience for colleagues.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices is a plus.

Comfortable working in an office environment and interacting with colleagues throughout the day.

Currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible to work for at least 20 hours per week.
