Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• •Deliver a personalized, luxury experience tailored to each client
• •Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
• •Build lasting relationships through multiple touchpoints: in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms
• •Present tailored pricing options and handle negotiation with professionalism and transparency
• •Maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction
• •Stay current with the latest product, technology, and brand training

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• •A self-starter with a passion for premium client service
• •Proven success in luxury/highline automotive sales
• •Refined communication and client engagement skills
• •Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 3 years)
