UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Machine Operator for our team in Mills River, North Carolina.

What you will do

Operate finishing and coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications

Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training

Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly

Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers

Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed

Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Who you are

You are experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment

You have a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures

You are comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting

You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams open to cross-training and continuously improvement

This position is located in Mills River, North Carolina, USA.

The position holder will report to a Coating or Finishing Supervisor at our Mills River Factory.
