Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift - $24.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, OT Required as needed

What you will do:

As a Comfort Bath Machine Operator, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people’s lives by being responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line.

• •Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
• •Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes
• •Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
• •Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed
• •Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed
• •Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.
• •Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
• •Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
• •Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

What you need:

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Manufacturing experience in cGMP environment

$24.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential plus bonus potential and benefits.
