Description
NASL is looking for an experienced Lamination Production Operator ready to take the next step in their career — including candidates open to relocating to the beautiful Reno/Sparks, NV area. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and monitor lamination equipment to produce high-quality laminated materials, ensuring every production run is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.
We're especially interested in candidates with wrapping machine setup experience. If that's you, we'll fly you out to Wisconsin (fully company-paid) for hands-on, machine-specific training — and we offer a relocation package scaled to the wrapping experience you bring. This is a chance to grow your skills, work with top-tier equipment, and build a long-term career with a company that invests in you from day one.
At this level, the operator leads machine setup and troubleshooting, ensuring jobs are started on time and meet quality standards. The L3 Operator must be capable of performing all L1 and L2 operator duties and provides guidance and direction to the production team to achieve daily production goals. This position comes with growth opportunities within the branch.
